Voyager Starboard Passage Video Custom Talk about video

Video, training, and social

Videos your mission can actually post.

Workshop how-tos, volunteer orientation, donor stories, and the short clips that keep Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok from going quiet. We write them, voice them with AI, add music, and put approved videos in a queue. You pick the cadence. We publish.

What we make

Not ads. Useful pieces you can reuse.

The same shop that runs Voyager can keep a video desk for you. These are the formats nonprofits ask for first.

Build-a-workshop

A first-Saturday woodshop. A cooking class. How to use the tool library. Step-by-step so a new neighbor can show up and not feel lost.

Training and orientation

Ten-minute volunteer onboarding, food-safety refreshers, board packet walkthroughs. Same script every month, updated when the process changes.

Mission stories

A donor thank-you, a gala save-the-date, a "what we did with last year's gifts" clip. Built to forward, not to sit in a drive folder.

Social, on a schedule

Short verticals for Instagram and TikTok, square or landscape for Facebook. You approve. We queue. They release every day, or every week, or whatever you set.

Style samples

Fictional shops, real format.

These are not client videos. They are made-up organizations so you can hear the voiceover, see the pacing, and decide if this is the desk you want.

Sample: workshop

Elm Street Bike Co-op

A Saturday learn-to-fix-a-flat. Music under an AI voice. The kind of clip you send before the shop opens.

Sample: training

Westbrook Animal Friends

Volunteer orientation. Same walk, same checklist, same dogs. Made so a new volunteer does not need a staffer attached.

Sample: social

Maple Street Food Share

A Saturday pickup line, vertical for Instagram and TikTok. Approve it Tuesday, it posts Thursday.

Elm Street Bike Co-op, Westbrook Animal Friends, and Maple Street Food Share are fictional. Voiceover is xAI. Music bed is generated. No real nonprofit is depicted.

How the desk works

You approve. We queue. They publish.

1

Brief

What the video is for, who it is for, and which channel. A workshop, a shift, a Friday night.

2

Cut

Script, AI voice, music, picture. You get a draft, not a surprise on the feed.

3

Approve

Nothing goes live until someone at the organization says yes.

4

Queue

We schedule Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok on the cadence you picked.

Plans

Two desks. Pick a volume.

Studio

A steady pile of videos you can post yourselves, or hand to us later.

$500 / month

Up to 25 videos a week

  • Training, workshop, and story cuts
  • AI voiceover and music
  • You approve every piece
  • You publish, or we add publishing later

Straight answers

If a board chair asks

Is the voice a real narrator?

No. We use AI voiceover and AI music on purpose: fast, consistent, cheap enough to do this every week. If you want a staff member's real voice, say so and we mix that instead.

Do you post without asking?

No. The queue only publishes what you approved. If a week is thin, we hold rather than invent.

Can we start with a handful, not 25 a week?

Yes. Studio is a cap, not a quota. Unused weeks do not roll as a bank of leftover videos unless we write that into the agreement.

What about YouTube or the website?

We can deliver the same files for YouTube or a Voyager page. The social desk's published destinations are Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok unless we add another channel in writing.

Next step

Tell us the first three videos.

A workshop, a training, and one social clip is enough to start. We reply within one business day. Call +1 (814) 212-9460.
